About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Admin / Assistant to join our growing real estate brokerage. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, organized, and eager to grow with the company — with the potential to take on leadership responsibilities in the future.

You will play a key role in supporting daily operations, managing listings, and assisting with client communications and telesales activities.

Qualifications

• Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Clerical Skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Manage property listings on Property Finder and other portals
• Handle DLD / Trakhees / Developer permits and real estate documentation
• Assist with CRM updates and client follow-ups
• Coordinate with developers, clients, and agents
• Support marketing activities and online campaigns
• Handle telesales and lead qualification
• General admin and operational support

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Dubai real estate administration
• Strong understanding of Property Finder, listing platforms & DLD systems
• Experience with telesales / customer outreach
• Must be based in Dubai
• Motivated, proactive, organized & self-driven
• Comfortable working remotely
