Job title: Sales Assistant

Location: Dubai

About the role

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Assistant provides operational and administrative support to the sales team. Acting as a key link between distributors, retail partners, and internal departments (Customer Service, Marketing, Logistics), ensures flawless order execution, sales performance follow-up, and the implementation of trade and retail activation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management and Sales Back-Office

• Daily follow-up of client orders (distributors and direct retailers)
• Coordination with the team to ensure proper logistics execution and on-time delivery
• Monitoring product allocations based on commercial priorities and stock levels
• Update and maintain sales and delivery dashboards
• Daily interface with Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Finance teams

Sales Support and B2B Client Relations

• Main point of contact for distributors and retail partners on operational topics
• Share and monitor commercial information (novelties, launches, prices, assortments, etc.)
• Track sell-in and sell-out performance in collaboration with field sales teams
• Ad hoc support in the preparation of business reviews and market follow-up meetings

Trade Marketing and Retail Animation Tools

• Coordination of requests for POS materials, testers, samples, and visual merchandising tools
• Support in implementing retail animation plans and visual merchandising (windows, corners, retail events, visuals)
• Manage material shipments to distributors and points of sale
• Monitor and update marketing and trade material inventories

Role – Specific Skills:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and autonomy
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English

Desired Background and Experience:

• Higher education degree in business or equivalent (Bachelor’s or Master’s level)
• First successful experience in a similar position, ideally within the perfume, beauty, or luxury industry
