Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Muscat. The Site Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion. Responsibilities also include supervising site workers, managing materials and equipment, and maintaining site documentation and reports.

Qualifications

Experience in construction site management and supervision

Knowledge of building materials and services such as natural stones and cladding

Familiarity with finishing and joinary work instalment at site

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and technical documents

Ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Relevant technical or vocational training; Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is a plus.
