We are seeking a driven graduate to join as a Founder’s Associate, working directly with the founder to support the daily operations and long-term growth of the company.

This position provides broad exposure to all aspects of running a business — from operations and administration to strategy, marketing, and client management. It is an entry-level role designed for individuals with strong initiative, organizational skills, and the ambition to grow into a key role within the company.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings, prepare notes, and track follow-up actions.
• Coordinate schedules and arrange meetings across departments.
• Maintain and oversee task management systems to ensure projects remain on track.
• Develop and manage internal documents, templates, and resources.
• Support client management by maintaining records and monitoring project progress.
• Contribute to strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and business development activities.
• Take ownership of ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Recent graduate (all disciplines considered).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, digital tools and project management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High levels of energy, commitment, and potential for growth.
