 Currently working in RELIANCE Syngas Limited as a FIELD OPERATOR
 Designation :- Field Operator
 Job unit :-Sulphur Recovery Unit(SRU), Substitute natural gas (SNG), Sulphur formation unit (SFU), and COOLING TOWER.
I have experience of field work in SRU/SNG/SFU/Cooling Tower Plant safety permit system, sampling of Gas, Toxic water, equipment change over and handover to maintenance and take over maintenance rotary equipment, exchanger and vessels and daily parameter checking in field in ODR.
 Carry out routine’s check on equipment for abnormality and inform shift Incharge for prompt action.
 Carry out assigned operational work safely to assigned standard in line with standard operating procedures(SOP’S).
 Cordination system shutdown and start-up as panel operator and communication to shift superintendent and shift incharge.
 Continuosly monitor the equipment for any significant changes in operating condition and take corrective action whenever deviation is observed.
 Monitor and control field equipment as per SOP’s, SOC’s, LLF checklist and ODR Instrument.
 Maintain shift log book for respective area / equipment and all kind of fill-up checklist of the point.
 Preparation of the blind list, isolation, PTW, task list, requirement of the equipment and tools for shutdown the plant.
 Make the system hydrocarbon free using the steaming, water flushing and nitrogen purging.
 Review PFD and P&ID, Isometric drawing, GA drawing of the equipment and cause & effect diagram.
 Knowledge of hydro-test of piping loops, heat exchanger waste heat boiler etc.
 Pre-start-up safety review (PSSR) of system for safe & sure Commissioning.
 Fire detection system and operation of fire hydrant, Fire sprinkler, deluge system for Fire Fighting.
 Expertise in handling of fire extinguisher, like foam, DCP, and CO2.
 Good knowledge of handling emergency and giving first aid treatment.
 Issuing/receiving safe work permit to ensure safety of personal job and assets.
 Detailed understanding of gas detector like combustion gas, toxic gas, inert gas etc.
 To sign work permit, follow on going job sand monitor contract or activity ensuring adherence to safety regulations and procedures.
 Natural Gas, Carbon Monoxide, Ammonia, Hydrogen Sulphide(H2S), Hydrogen Cyanide(HCN),Carbonyl Sulphide(COS),LP-HP Syngas, Sulphur, Sulphur Dioxide, Chlorine.
 Reaction furnace, Incinerator, Air blower, Heat exchanger, West heat boiler, condenser, Compressor, Pumps, contact Condenser Column, Preheater, KO drum, Convert or Granulation drum, Conveyor belt, Sulphur storage tank and hopper, Reactor, Steam drum etc.
