Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Female Design Engineer to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electro-mechanical design, with hands-on experience using AutoCAD for developing and designing complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

– Design, develop, and improve electro-mechanical systems and components.
– Create detailed design drawings and specifications using AutoCAD.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and standards.
– Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new designs and modifications.
– Prepare technical doentation and project reports.
– Participate in project planning and management, ensuring timely completion of design tasks.
– Troubleshoot and resolve design issues as they arise during the engineering process.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
– Proven experience in design engineering, preferably within the electro-mechanical sector.
– Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with other design software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) is a plus.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to electro-mechanical design.

Preferred Skills:
– Experience with project management tools.
– Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials used in electro-mechanical systems.
