Dear Hiring Officer,

Hereby I wish to apply for the position of primary teacher at your school.
In my classroom you will find students that know what is expected of them and feel comfortable and safe – establishing good relationship with firm classroom routine is the first objective to ensure teaching and learning takes place. Knowledge of standards in each subject taught and pacing the curriculum accordingly is a must for good planning. I make use of formative assessments in order to assess which students need reteaching and plan accordingly. I also believe using student data to plan for my class’s diverse needs. Through differentiated activity we will celebrate a concept grasped but also challenging students to further improve their knowledge and skills.
Finally, it is important to acknowledge the profound role parents play in student learning. I would like to continue making parents part of their children’s learning.
I was fortunate enough to implement Kumon to all Grade 1 and 2 students at ADNOC schools in 2018-2020. This entailed incorporating the program to our students daily teaching schedule. Liaising with Kumon, training staff and supporting and overseeing the daily practice of Kumon. I also represented ADNOC schools in Japan during Kumon 60th anniversary conference in 2019.
I pride myself I in being an ethical and goal driven individual. Thurley understanding the importance of cultural sensitivity and building positive relations with all students, educators and parents. I recognize the significance of collaboration with all colleges/leaders to be a succeeding factor in schools. You will find me to be diligent in all I do and therefor am a fantastic candidate for this position.
