Working with Life Pharmacy Group, Heading the central DC , B2 B operation, Continuous Improvement Inbound and feeder warehouse replenishment which cater 200 plus in-house pharmacies. 10 K warehouse with 43 staff and managing stock of worth aed. 230 million.
Worked with Home Box, value furniture concept of Landmark Group as Senior Warehouse Manager, Managing Regional D.C, Fleet, Workshop, Inventory Control and Customer service. 10 K square meter facility with 103 staff and a fleet of 18 trucks.
Worked with Q home Décor, Premium furniture concept of Landmark Group as Senior Warehouse Manager, Managing Regional D.C,Fleet, Workshop, Inventory Control and Customer service. 20 K square meter facility with 130 staff and a fleet of 28 trucks is having an average stock holding of 40 million and perform monthly distribution for 12 million as COD.
Worked with Agility logistics, providing 3 PL/ 4 PL and VAS service to 35 clients. Managing a team of 140 staff, 30 K facilities are having 28000 pallet positions; the temperature varies from -18 to + 24 with a monthly throughput of 25000 m’3 and 200,000 line items. Few major clients handled during the tenure with Agility are Carrefour, Ikea, Armada, Federal Foods, Perdigao, Alshaya, Epson, Honeywell, GE, Philips, MFTBC and Ecolab.
